Returns & Cancellation Policy
➣ Any online order for delivery placed by you through www.kosthafoods.com may be cancelled either through the internet or through phone within 24 hours of placing the order.
➣ Post 24 hours, no cancellations will be entertained.
➣ Advance orders & immediate delivery orders will also be subject to this cancellation policy.
➣ Orders once placed through www.kosthafoods.com may not be cancelled or refunded post 24 hours.In the event, the Customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the food items, the Customer shall not be entitled to seek cancellation or refund of the billed amounts. However if there is any shortfall in delivery or the food items such as they had spilled/ or were damaged, the Customer can contact the customer support or shall send a mail to admin@kosthafoods.com within 24 hours of the receipt of the product. The images of the damaged or spilled product has to be sent across in the mail. Once www.kosthafoods.com team satisfies on damage / spillage, a replacement of the same will be done.
